Devyn Smith
Over a decade of industry experience in Property and Asset Management across the Commercial, Retail, and Industrial Sectors. Working with institutional landlords across repositioning assets and major capital upgrades as well as the retention of major tenants and active management of rental growth and efficient operational expenditure.

Devyn held the position of Asset Manager in the Diversified Property Fund at Real Asset Management overseeing the leasing and capital expenditure across a $450M portfolio.

Prior to establishing Asset Advisory, Devyn also held senior roles at CBRE as Associate Director. He formed part of the Property and Facility Management business senior leadership team and worked across Brisbane and their Gold Coast office.
Devyn holds a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Real Estate and Development from the University of Queensland.
